Campaign Strategist
Sophia first began volunteering on political campaigns in high school. Her passion for down-ballot races was first ignited while working as the Volunteer Coordinator on Carlsbad City Councilmember Teresa Acosta’s 2020 campaign. As a former intern for Evinco Strategies she got a taste of digital, finance, and strategy work.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, San Diego, after studying environmental science and political science at Palomar College. Sophia is passionate about criminal justice reform, climate preservation, and book bans. In her free time she enjoys quilting, vampiric literature, and hiking.
