Raquel is a native of Southeastern San Diego, California, and embodies the spirit of a driven change-maker. Her passion lies in dismantling institutions that have historically failed marginalized communities, particularly in healthcare.

Raquel’s social change advocacy journey began during her travels throughout the US — particularly in the Southern belt — where she witnessed firsthand the disparities marginalized groups face. She has leveraged her knowledge and decade-long experience in this space to advocate for patient rights and access to quality care, making a real difference in the lives of those she serves.

As the Executive Assistant to Evinco Strategies’ President and Founder Eva Posner, Raquel is committed to advancing the interests of underrepresented communities by providing the strategic administrative support required at the executive level. She is deeply involved in executing projects and administrative deliverables across departments and for firm-wide needs.

Raquel received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University and is pursuing graduate studies focusing on Human Resources Management.  She also possesses certifications in Supervisory Management and Human Resources.
