Jordan Lenz grew up in the Chicagoland area, which he considers home. He studied Public Policy, History, and Economics at UNC-Chapel Hill and spent 2022-23 supporting over a dozen political campaigns in positions ranging from Field Organizer to Director of Communications.

His favorite way to learn, however, is through travel. Studying in Oslo and Barcelona sparked his reimagination of U.S. city planning. Volunteering in Puerto Rico evolved his understanding of postcolonialism. Spending a month in Costa Rica challenged his perception of society without a military.

Regardless of the topic or location, Jordan values building community and engaging in meaningful conversation. He will do just that at Evinco as he works to sustain and expand the group’s network and political impact.
