Specializing in field strategy and campaign management, Ashleigh brings valuable federal experience to the grassroots efforts of Evinco Strategies. Ashleigh served as Field Director for Mike Levin for Congress, one of the most-watched Congressional races in the country. After he was elected, Ashleigh followed the Congressman to the U.S. House of Representatives where she saw first-hand the importance of electing Democrats and the impact on policy and constituent services.

Ashleigh grew up around politics, but it wasn’t until she was older that she realized her passion for advancing change. A native of Chula Vista, Ashleigh is passionate about San Diego’s South Bay region and the representation of underserved communities in political priorities and policy.

Ashleigh earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Diego State University with a certificate in Public Law, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Delaware’s Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy.
